The program is easy to use and saves a lot of time when you are scheduling agents for duty time, especially when you have new agents that come in that you have to add to the schedule. It only takes a minute to add their names to the list and print new schedules and the Agents seem to like it as well. It is a very fair schedule and you don't have to prepare manual schedules, which can take a while to prepare. I love it!
